Trane — 4 seasons

I got this job in the wettest part of winter, and so I had to

rely on stock photography to show this seasonal sequence.

After purchasing & taking a look at the high-res image of the

bi-level house with just a bit of each neighbor showing,

 it was clear that this shot was taken before the development

was even complete. (This was not apparent from the thumbnail

that attracted me to purchase this shot.) I realized I needed to

retouch the neighbors homes because the buildings were not yet

finished. Then I began to look for scorched lawns and the other

photographic bits I would need to create the seasons.

The snow scene was simply painted using bevel & emboss

techniques, so any blop of snow I painted would automatically

have a highlight and a blu-ish shadow.
